At ONIT Athlete, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training with the right fit as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all athlete-grade tags are intact, and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
